Loaded Skips can be placed at your preferred location, where practical, including on the nature strip, as long as it does not interfere with pathways.  We recommend placing two or three, 2m+ lengths of timber underneath of our skips if you are worried about damaging driveways.

We have a variety of different sized skip bins available, including 3, 4, 6 and 12 cubic meter skips. 

At Loaded Skips, we offer a range of different waste categories, including:

• General Waste
• Concrete/brick
• Soil/clean fill
• Commercial and construction waste
• Green Waste
• Mixed Heavy Waste

The following items are prohibited from being placed into Loaded Skips:

• Tyres
• Paint Tins
• Flammable items such as gas bottles and petrol cans
• Items containing grease or oil
• Asbestos, unless it is in an approved Asbestos Skip Bin

If these items are found in a skip bin, you will be responsible for any costs involved to remove these items from the rest of the waste.

Yes, at Loaded Skips, we have specialised Skips with lids, perfect for markets, festivals, shows, fetes, fairs and other major events.  We have a single lid on our specialised 3 cubic meter skips and twin lids on our specialised 4 cubic meter skips. These are perfect for event hire as they can hold larger volumes of rubbish than a standard wheelie bin, but can still be closed to contain waste inside the skip bin.

All Loaded Skip bins must not be filled past the rim, as this is unsafe and can cause overloading.  Loaded Skips will not remove skips that are filled past the rim, until the overloaded waste is removed.  Additional charges will apply for extra hire time or if additional skip bin hire is required.

Generally, hire terms are 7days, but if you require a skip bin for longer, please notify our team at the time of enquiry, so we can assist with providing an accurate quote.  Additional hire times will incur additional charges.

Yes, Asbestos skip bin hire is available through Loaded Skips for certified asbestos removalists to use.  We supply the plastic required to correctly cover any asbestos containing material, however, no other materials are to be placed in the skip with asbestos. As Asbestos is harmful when handled incorrectly, and can cause lung diseases, Asbestos can only be handled by a certified asbestos removalist.  Loaded Skips is EPA registered, and can also provide waste tracking documents, once an asbestos skip bin has been collected and disposed of at an approved landfill.
